TERMS & CONDITIONS​

• Prices are intended per apartment/day and include daily maid service, courtesy beauty products, kitchen and bathroom supplies and external parking. 

• The apartment is at your disposal on the day of arrival at 4 p.m. and can be held until the day of departure at 10 a.m.

• In the case of late arrivals, early departures or booking cancellation from 30 days or less in advance, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged. 

• We recommend a travel insurance subscription for the coverage of the amount of the holiday, in the possible event of cancellation of the booking. 

Given these difficult to plan times, for the safeguard all interested parties, we recommend taking into consideration a Covid-19 travel insurance policy offered by Europäische Reiseversicherung.

• The booking will be considered to be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit, which must be paid within 10 days of the reservation (please see bank account information below). 

• Bed linen will be changed once a week and bath linen and kitchen towels daily. 

• The apartments will be cleaned every day, except on Sundays.
